Ampere Stats: Battery Health

Understand your phone’s battery with live readings, explainable health estimates and reminders for your chosen charge level.

See what your battery is doing

View battery level, charging and discharging current in mA, temperature and voltage when your phone exposes usable readings. Charts show changes during use and charging. Current and power describe the battery side, not the wall charger’s output.

Health estimates with supporting evidence

Eligible charging sessions build an estimated capacity in mAh. Enter the manufacturer’s rated design capacity to compare that estimate with your battery’s baseline. Inspect supporting observations and reasons a session did not qualify.

Estimates need sufficient data and depend on device support. They are not laboratory measurements or certification. The app withholds a health percentage when design capacity is unknown.

Charge and low-battery reminders

Choose a percentage threshold, sound, vibration or silent notification. Test a reminder or snooze it for five minutes. Reminders follow Android notification permissions, channels and Do Not Disturb settings; they cannot stop charging.

Sessions, charts and battery profiles

Review and filter charging and discharging history, inspect trends, and see identified recording gaps. Start a new battery profile after a replacement while keeping archived history separate. Choose light, dark or AMOLED themes and Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Your history, your controls

Readings, profiles and settings are stored locally. Export recorded samples to CSV through Android’s document picker, choose 7, 14 or 30 days of detailed sample retention, or delete a profile’s history or all history. Older session summaries and reduced-resolution trends remain until deletion; exports label summarized points.

Choose how to monitor

Continuous monitoring is optional and uses a visible notification with a Pause action. Occasional mode records while the app is open. Android and manufacturer background restrictions can interrupt recording and delay reminders.

Ampere Stats does not repair batteries, boost charging speed, control charging cut-off or identify battery consumption by individual apps.

Privacy and support

This version has no account, ads SDK, analytics, billing or cloud sync. Read the Ampere Stats privacy policy for data, export, retention and deletion details.
