Privacy Policy for Photo Dump: Collage Maker

Effective and last updated: October 17, 2026

Neo Applications develops Photo Dump: Collage Maker (Android package com.neoapps.photodump). This notice explains how the app handles information. Contact nippydeveloper@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Local editing and developer collection

Photo Dump edits photos, videos and designs locally on your device and works offline. The current version has no account system, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization or automated media uploads. The app does not send your media or editing activity to Neo Applications. Its main Android manifest does not request Internet access.

Selected media, drafts and settings

You choose photos and videos through the system picker; the app does not require access to your entire photo library. Selected media is copied into private app storage so drafts remain usable if the original moves or access changes. Imported copies can include information already embedded in the source file.

Projects, edits, text and captions, folders, favorites, saved stickers, settings, previews and recovery information are stored locally to support editing and export. Original gallery media is not edited. Android’s app-storage protections apply to private files.

Exports and sharing

Saving an export creates new JPG, PNG or MP4 files. Gallery exports do not copy source GPS metadata. Your visible photos, video, text and other design content still appear in the exported files, so review them before sharing.

Sharing uses the system share interface and sends only the files or text you select to the destination you choose. Other apps, recipients and storage providers handle these under their own policies. A cloud-backed picker or destination may download or upload files as part of your chosen action; Photo Dump does not synchronize them to a developer cloud account.

Project backups

Project backups include project document data and imported media. You choose where to save or share them, and can import a backup to restore a project. Backups may contain original embedded media details even when a rendered export omits source location metadata. Keep backups private when they contain personal content.

Android automatic backup of private app data is disabled. Make a project backup yourself if you want to keep drafts before clearing app storage or uninstalling.

Retention and deletion

Drafts and their supporting media remain in local app storage until removed. Temporary rendering files are cleaned separately from project media. Media referenced by drafts or recovery checkpoints is retained so those projects can still work.

Permanently deleting a draft removes its project record. Media shared with other drafts, saved stickers or retained export-recovery records may remain until no longer needed. To remove all private app data and settings, use Android’s Clear storage control or uninstall the app.

Gallery exports, project backups and files saved or shared outside private app storage remain until you delete them at their destination. Removing a draft or uninstalling does not remove those copies. Because we do not receive your local projects, we cannot delete them remotely.

Android services and permissions

System pickers provide access to selected media and backup documents. The app uses Android media-processing and data-sync foreground-service permissions to support export work with a visible service notification. These exports are local processing, rather than cloud synchronization.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send, and use it to respond to your request. Include only information needed for support; you do not need to send private photos or videos. Contact us to request removal of support correspondence we can identify, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, contact us so we can review and address the concern.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy and its date when data practices change. If online services are introduced, their data flows and relevant controls will be documented before activation.
