Delete Your Authly Account and Data
If you use Authly with a Firebase account, you can request deletion of your account and synced data at any time.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Encrypted TOTP token backups stored in Firestore
- Account settings associated with cloud sync
What Stays on Your Device
- Local tokens and app settings stored only on your phone unless you remove them manually
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send a deletion request to:

Subject: Authly Account Deletion Request
Body: Include the email address used for Authly sign-in
Option 2: App Account Settings
If you still have access to the app, use the Manage Account or Delete Account option in the hamburger menu when available.
Deletion Timeline
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
